Celebrating ONE year of KO!

Knockout Pilates was born one year ago, and we have so much to celebrate! 
Thank you to all of you for helping us create a knockout space for fellowship, deep breathing, and transformative movement. Here’s the Tale of the Tape:

Hours spent trying to understand our scheduling app, chomping Claudio’s cinnamon twists, and guzzling coffee at Principles GI: Uncountable

Our  favorite memories include salvaging hardwood art tables from Lesley’s  husband’s school and converting them to shelves, thanks to our fabulous  student/bricoleur Jose Garcia. 
 

Dragging the Wunda chair to 5th Avenue to give free mini-sessions during Brooklyn Pride:

Launching affordable, semiprivate classes –  including one with boxing – and a pay-what-you-can virtual community  class on Sunday mornings for the broke, hungover and sleep deprived. 



Teaching the magnificent young dancers at American Ballet Theatre’s JKO School.
 

Partnering with fat-positive activist/artist Substantia Jones to offer free sessions to her community.



Hosting our teachers and mentors and babies and Sarah’s 49th birthday party.
