Annie Petersmeyer
Annie Petersmeyer is a Brooklyn-based movement trainer with over 20 years of experience teaching bodies to move well, train with intention, and get strong. Drawing from Pilates, strength training, breathwork, mobility work, and corrective exercise, she creates personalized sessions built around what each body needs.
Her goal is to teach clients to move well on their own — to understand their bodies, trust them, and know how to take care of them.
Annie is a pre and postnatal specialist and works with clients at every stage of life — from those new to movement to people rebuilding after injury, preparing for birth, recovering from it, or staying strong into their 60s and beyond.
